The hotel staff were nice and friendly, with some speaking good English. The room was clean and spacious, and the food at the restaurant was good. The location was near the city center, yet quiet and peaceful. The hotel also helped arrange a cheap flight for me to Pulau Batam.

The new year was a blast at this hotel! The complementary breakfast and coffee were a great way to start the day, and the free Wi-Fi allowed us to stay connected with family and friends back home. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to shopping malls, traditional markets, and restaurants. But what we loved the most was the stunning view from our room balcony, it was truly breathtaking!

The AC in our room wasn't working properly and we had to call the technician twice. While they did eventually move us to a new room, the unexpected hassle and inconvenience put a bit of a damper on our stay.
